For our guests with children, the first child is free of charge between the ages of 0-6.99. If the age range is 7-11.99 for the second child is 50% of the participation fee will be applied. It is free for the second child between the ages of 0-2.99. If the age range is 3-11.99 for the second child is 50% of the participation fee will be applied.
Between 09:00 and 18:00, the daily external participation fee is €145 per person.
One author can submit two presentations in the conference by one registration fee. Authors must pay an extra fee (€20) if they wish to present more than two presentations. (This applies to both face-to-face and online participation.)
Full text of presentations will be published in conference book after peer-review process with ISBN number.
Authors must pay an extra fee (€20) if they wish to submit second extended abstract for publishing at Proceedings Book.
In case of cancellations before 30 September 2023, half of the registration fee will be refund.
For received cancellations on or after 30 September 2023 will not be refund payment.
All refunds will be made after the conference.
Local participants can pay in Turkish Lira. It should be sent with the exchange rate of the day of payment.
